Why we built this
I built Kosts because I needed it. Running a restaurant in Edinburgh — invoices from a dozen suppliers, manual data entry, spreadsheets that were always a week behind. The admin was drowning me.
The tools that existed were either too expensive, too complex, or built by people who'd never worked a service. So I built something that actually fits how kitchens work.
Kosts is in active use in real restaurants. It was built by a working chef. The pricing is what it should have always been.
